Kreavo LLC is responsible for the data collected on this site. Contact: support@eoleparis.com

Data we collect

• Orders: name, shipping address, email address, phone number, delivery and billing information.
• Payment: payment details are processed directly by our payment provider. We never have access to your card numbers.

How we use it

Who receives it

Data is shared only with the providers needed to run the service: store host, payment provider, carriers, parcel-tracking service, email tool. We never sell your data to third parties.

Retention

Order data is kept for the period required by accounting law. Marketing data is kept for three years from the last contact.
