Free shipping, everywhere

Shipping is free worldwide, with no minimum order.

Processing

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 24 to 72 business hours after payment is confirmed.

Transit times

The times below are counted from dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays. They are indicative transit times provided by the carriers, not guaranteed delivery times.

United States: 10 to 20 business days
Europe: 8 to 14 business days
Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can check it any time on our order tracking page.

Shipping address

It is the buyer's responsibility to check that the address entered is correct. An order returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee.

Customs

For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes or handling fees may be charged on arrival. These remain the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the price paid on this site.

Damaged or missing parcel

Report anything wrong on arrival to support@eoleparis.com as soon as possible, with photos of the parcel and its contents.
