Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These terms of sale govern sales made on this site by Kreavo LLC. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

The essential characteristics of the products are shown on the product pages. Photographs and illustrations are not contractual and cannot bind the seller. We reserve the right to change the range offered at any time.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars. They do not include any customs duties or import taxes, which remain the recipient's responsibility for international deliveries. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

The sale is complete when payment is confirmed. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the buyer. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears abnormal or for which a payment dispute is pending.

5. Payment

Payment is made online at the time of the order, by card or by the payment methods offered at checkout. Transactions are secured.

6. Shipping

Terms and times are detailed in our shipping policy. The times shown are indicative and run from dispatch. A delivery delay does not give rise to compensation, except as required by law.

7. Returns

Returns are handled as described in our refund policy. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

Loss in value. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and proper working order. An item returned incomplete, damaged, soiled, or whose case, accessories or original packaging are not returned in good condition, may receive a refund reduced to reflect the loss in value observed.

8. Warranty

Our products come with the manufacturer's warranty against defects. To make a claim, email support@eoleparis.com.

9. Liability

It is the buyer's responsibility to use the products in accordance with the manual provided. We cannot be held liable for improper use.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
